It’s important to perform water pump maintenance. It’ll improve the longevity of your cat water fountain. Please clean the pump every 2 weeks.
Step 1. Remove the pump cover
Step 2. Take off the impeller cap
Step 3. Pull out the impeller
Step 4. Clean all the parts
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Attempt using a different wall outlet.
2. Test with your own USB charger.
3. Disassemble the pump and clean its interior and the impeller using a brush.
4. Remove both the carbon filter and sponge foam filter.
5. Unscrew the yellow stamen lid counterclockwise or remove the entire flower spout.
